Elevating businesses as a brand storyteller and marketing strategist is my career sweet spot, and as an entrepreneur at heart I knew one day I would start my own business. Today, I am thrilled to announce that I have founded Ptown Communications, a Portland-based B2B marketing communications firm for professional services providers.
A Portland native, I have spent the last 15 years in-house with professional services firms in the most dynamic markets in the country, including Los Angeles and New York. Services are a relationship business, and my role as a marketer has centered around creating touchpoints with clients, prospects and the community. I am energized by working with an organization to tell its story and develop content that resonates with its audience. I have served as a change agent and brand strategist, leading marketing and business development initiatives that build relationships.
I am inspired by the business community and the entrepreneurial spirit here in Oregon. Having grown up in Portland, affectionately known by locals as P-town, it has always held a special place in my heart. It has evolved, and it has been discovered as the precious gem that it is. Companies are moving or opening offices here because they want to be in this hub of innovation and recognize that they can find amazing talent to fuel their business. There is tremendous opportunity here to position service providers with stronger communications so they rise above the noise.
